Ryan rated this product on 08/13/08 The bag is decent. I haven't had zippers break, but one sticks pretty badly. I would advise people to go elsewhere for their bag. I chatted with the customer service rep that checking in after I got mine. He offered to replace it (GREAT SERVICE!!!) but unless something goes wrong I think I'll just tough it out for the time being. My main complaint is that the smaller ball and tee pocket openings are TINY. I can't use them without getting my hands scratched up.

graham fidler rated this product on 05/27/08 Well designed, thought out bag, but the zipper quality ...oh dear !! One pull tore out at the first time of using, and one other refused to close up shortly afterwards. On the shipping box was the words " Pinemeadow Glof ", which should have given me a clue. Bag was purchased last year, perhaps overall quality has improved ? Very happy with my clubs,though. Irons and woods.

Wayne rated this product on 04/12/08 I am going to have to lower my rating for this product. Today as I was walking from the car with it on my shoulder, the stress on the hook of the shoulder strap caused it to separate and the latch backed out of it. To re-latch it, I just used hand pressure to spread it out and re-seat the latch. now I am afraid that the metal of this hook is so cheap that it will shear off and spill my clubs. I will only carry it by the handle now. I have also had a couple of the zipper pulls exit out through the small gap in the zipper head. Over all, not a high quality product.

This has not been a common occurrence with this product and we would love it if you sent some pictures in to our customer service department so that we may improve the design if need be.
