As I often have to play on slow greens and had to put with a lot more force to reach the hole. Especially the long puts. With the Xeon M-5 I easy reach the hole with less force and more accuracy. This means that I have 1 or 2 strokes less at least at 3 and more holes in a round.

Jim rated this product on 07/14/08 The Xeon M-5 putter is the best putter that Pinemeadow sells, in my opinion. Incredibly easy to line up, and distance control is a snap once you putt with it a few times. Make sure you figure out what your stance is for putting (upright, slight bend, or crouch), because that will determine the length of the club, which is a very important detail. I've used it for about 7 rounds now, and have had much fewer three-putts (about 1/2 as many; I used to average about six three-putts per round, now I'm down to two or three) than I have previously. Yeah, this thing is about as big as a toaster, but it has a smooth feel when you swing it and doesn't feel nearly as big as it looks. Definitely worth a $39 investment.

Pieter G. Brouwer The Hague Holland rated this product on 04/17/08 This week I received the Xeon M-5 putter and trained with it several times. Before I used the Odyssey Dual Force 550 for many years. My experience with the Xeon M-5 is that it is far easier to strike the ball, especially on slow greens. I expect the Xeon M-5 will lower my handicap (was 5.8 ten years ago and 15.9 today). At a later stage I will tell you if it did.

Mark in NY rated this product on 10/11/07 Wow. This is the third putter I've tried in about four years of play, and I can't believe it took me so long to find such a forgiving one! The weight and balance make keeping a good swing almost easy, and the rubberized contact area helps deliver just the right amount of force. The very first day I used it saw dramatic improvement in accuracy, and now that I've been using it for a couple of months my days of three-putts are almost over. Most of my second putts are veritable tap-ins. I'm an over-100 player, but that's changing quickly and reducing my putts is a major factor. You really need to try this putter out!
